Tuesday night catch up
Caught up last night with two friends that I really don’t see often enough (really? had it been 6 months since we last had dinner together?) - I was reluctant to go (because I’m in a tizz and a mood this week with Dean heading off on Friday) but so glad I did.
We were going to go to one tapas bar, but it turned out to be closed on a Tuesday night. Never mind! Another tapas bar to the rescue: Basque Tapas and Wine.
We devoured:
- Patatas Bravas
- Alcachofas Rellenas de Queso Y Tomates Secos
- Gambas a la Ajilo
- Ensalada verde (with caramalised walnuts, mushrooms and goat’s cheese)
- and of course, churros!
Nom nom nom! I came home so garlicy, but with a content full belly and smiles from spending time with friends.
